functional solutions MISSION & OBJECTIVES

A building is not merely a place for a living which would be used for 10 to 20 years. Its minimum usage time is 100 years or more. So future generation residing in building will automatically cope up with the solutions in the designs we will provide to our clients as they invest their lifetime income in this purpose. In respect to this regard we are very much dedicated and committed into a gift and trustworthiness by design solutions that provide comfort, aesthetically well, energy efficient and sustainable buildings for our clients. Now a day we are facing several problems like load-shedding, creating heat into the environment using air-conditioners, using lot of artificial lights in rooms even in day time cause of improper solution for natural daylight in a building. Artificial light and ventilation can never be compared with the natural light and ventilation. In general design, rain water not harvesting and not a single space for greenery (plants and trees) as a consequence we are turning our living environment into a complete concrete jungle and using a lot of electricity which are reasons for load-shedding and giving extra price for the electricity bills which we can be solved by a good energy efficient and Sustainable building design. A good design gives solution in our daily life problems those we are facing all the moments.. We are committed to provide best design solutions which provide and serve both functionally and aesthetically better in the buildings of our respected clients. Where Dream Becomes Reality

Our Process

How do we work?

01. PLANNING

Building Planning is the arrangement of various components or units of a building in a systematic manner so as to form a meaningful and homogeneous structure to meet its functional purpose.

02. INTERIOR

Interior design is the art and science of enhancing the interior of a building to achieve a healthier and more aesthetically pleasing environment for the people using the space.

03. EXTERIOR

Exterior design refers to the physical architecture and organizational elements of the outside-facing components of a building.

SUSTAINABLE ARCHITECTURE

The idea of sustainability, or ecological design, is to ensure that our actions and decisions today do not inhibit the opportunities of future generations. Green building (also known as green construction or sustainable building) refers to both a structure and the using of processes that are environmentally responsible and resource-efficient throughout a building’s life-cycle: from sitting to design, construction, operation, maintenance, renovation, and demolition. In other words, green building design involves finding the balance between homebuilding and the sustainable environment. This requires close cooperation of the design team, the architects, the engineers, and the client at all project stages. The Green Building practice expands and complements the classical building design concerns of economy, utility, durability, and comfort. Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) is a set of rating systems for the design, construction, operation, and maintenance of green buildings which was Developed by the U.S. Green Building Council. Although new technologies are constantly being developed to complement current practices in creating greener structures, the common objective is that green buildings are designed to reduce the overall impact of the built environment on human health and the natural environment by: Efficiently using energy, water, and other resources Protecting occupant health and improving employee productivity Reducing waste, pollution and environmental degradation A similar concept is natural building, which is usually on a smaller scale and tends to focus on the use of natural materials that are available locally. Other related topics include sustainable design and green architecture. Sustainability may be defined as meeting the needs of present generations without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their needs. Although some green building programs don’t address the issue of the retrofitting existing homes, others do, especially through public schemes for energy efficient refurbishment. Green construction principles can easily be applied to retrofit work as well as new construction.
